The Demands of Truth, an original Lenten musical by Luminous Ministries, contemplates the events of Christ's Passion from the eyes of Claudia Procula, the wife of Pontius Pilate, who at the hour of Jesus' sentencing, sent a letter to her husband begging him to seek and defend the truth by releasing "that righteous man" (Matthew 27:19). Instead Pilate exclaimed, "What is truth?" (John 18:38) and with a shrug of his shoulders, let the matter drop. Following the musical Carol and Kristen pick up this question and delve into the demands of truth.

The Demands of Truth can be presented in isolation or it can be paired with The Demands of Courage and The Demands of Love to create a three-night Lenten Mission.
